Dentyne Pure - 1.00 - 1.00/1 FREE!!! Let me know if you find this. I can't in my store. :( It would be a great gas deal for me. :)

Gillette/Old Spice: FREE!!

CVS has a deal on Old Spice and Gillette this week. They are $4 get 4 ECB. That means FREE! You have a limit of TWO so if you have the coupons you can use a B1G1 free of either Old Spice Body wash or Gillette Bodywash. In that case they pay YOU to buy body wash.

If you are just starting out, here is what you do.

1) Get a CVS card.
2) When you go to CVS, grab a flier.
3) Double check you have the right body wash for the deal. (Use the price checker if they have one in your store and while you are at it, scan your CVS card too. Generally you can get coupons that print out at the price checker.)
4) When you pay make sure you give them your CVS card and any coupons.
5) Pay for the product.
6) AT THE BOTTOM OF YOUR RECEIPT IS A COUPON FOR $4 IF YOU BOUGHT 1 OR $8 IF YOU BOUGHT TWO!!!!
7) You don't need to run from the store. It is very legal. :)
8) Keep that coupon in a safe place LIKE CASH! Keep an eye on the expiration date and next week maybe you will be able to use it to get more FREE things, or cash in for something you need without spending cash.

.40 Yogurt - TWENTY of them

Yup, 20 yoplait yogurt for $0.40. No, not EACH!!!!! ALL TOGETHER. I offered my mother one and she originally said, "Well, I don't want to eat all your yogurt." Pretty sure one won't hurt me mom. :)

Acme is my best buddy this week. This General Mills deal is rocking!

I bought 20 yogurt, which are 1.05 each shelf price. That gets me over $20 for the "get $5 back deal". Sale price came to $10. Then, I used two .40/6 coupons, and one .50/8. That brings it to 7.60. Use a $5 oyno(on your next order), get $5 oyno AND $2 oyno for buying 20 yoplait.

Some days you practically RUN from the store, sure they will accuse you of stealing. The beauty is it is all above board and legal.

Now, not everyone HAS an Acme, but often times your grocery store will run these same type of deals or sister stores, such as Jewel or Albertson's will have the same deal. You just need to learn what to look for.

Tomorrow I will post Walgreen's and CVS deals.

What a Dealin' day!!

I was ecstatic with my deals today. I hit 2 grocery stores and spent $37 today.

Acme

Acme has this great deal on General Mills products this week. You buy $20 of General Mills, get $5 oyno(on your next order) AND 50 BTFE(Box Tops for Education). The best part is the deal works off shelf prices versus sales prices. Once thing you have to watch is that items aren't on Knockdown but it is easy to get the hang of that.

I bought:
12 Yoplait
3 Totino's pizza rolls
1 Chex Mix Bars

This brought me to over $20 shelf price, but only 10.50 at sale price.
I used 2 .40/6 coupons for the Yoplait, 1 .50/1 chex bars, 1 .40/2 totino's.

REMEMBER, most coupons up to .99 DOUBLE.

I also purchased:

4 Kelloggs Raisin Bran
1 Fruit Loops - (we usually get healthier cereal only but sometimes splurge)

Kellogg's is 5/$10 this week and when you buy 5 you get $4 oyno
I used 2 1.00/2 coupons I got in special marked boxes last week.

I also got:

2 Post raisin bran
2 lightly frosted shredded wheat

These are 1.49 this week when you buy 4
I used 2 1.00/2 coupons from inside cereal boxes.
I also got $3 oyno from this.

The last thing I got was the new Cheeto mighty zingers because, well, they were on sale for 1.69, I wanted to try them, AND I had a coupon for 1.00/1

Total: 29.15 (sale price)
Coupons: - 8.40(remember they doubled to this)
ACME coupons - 7.00 (I had $5 for another deal last week and $2 for last week's
Kellogg's)
I paid: 13.79

I also received: $5 oyno (for buying General Mills)
$4 oyno (for buying Kellogg's)
$3 oyno (for buying Post cereal)

DEAL 2 at Acme:

Lysol cleaning supplies are on a MEGA sale this week. Some of you know I clean a few houses. This is a GREAT week for me!!!!

2) Lysol Toilet bowl cleaner: 1.49 each - 2 .75/1 coupons
2) Lysol with bleach - 1.75 ea. - 2 .75/1 coupons
2) Lysol bathroom cleaners - 2.00 ea. - 2 .75/1 coupons
1) Lysol all purpose - 1.74 - .75/1 coupon

TOTAL: 1.79

I was SUPER happy about that one. even the college guy working the register was really impressed. Who knew buying cleaners could be so FUN!!!

SUPERFRESH

2)Pepperidge Farm cinnamon Raisin bread (another treat) - 1.99 each
1)Life cereal - 1.99
2) Cap'n Crunch-1.99 (The sugar cereals will be spread out over a few months)
2) Aunt Jemima syrup - 1.99 each
**When you buy 5 of the above items they are 1.24 each.
2) Fiber One raisin bran - 2.50 each
1) Lemon pepper rotisserie chicken - 4.99
1) 2 Liter Coke (free when you buy a chicken)
1) 4 oz. blueberries - 2.00
1) Perdue chicken breast - 1.88 lb. -4.14
Pepperoni - 1/4 # - 1.50 (we buy the sandwich stuff for homemade pizza)

AGAIN, Superfresh doubles coupons.
2) .40/1 Pepperidge farm
1.00/2 Aunt Jemima
1.00/2 Cap'n Crunch
2) .75/1 Fiber one cereal

TOTAL: 27.81
Coupons: - 6.60
Tax: .30
PAID: 21.53

Now, I know it doesn't necessarily look like a well rounded grocery shop but I purchased meat on sale several weeks ago and froze it, and bought my fresh vegetables at a big ethnic fruit/vegetable/ethnic food market-$20 for 2 weeks. I also bought my free range eggs for 1.70 a dozen at the place I stocked up on flour and sugar (If you read this Lauren, I will be buying eggs from you in a few weeks.)
I also had some coupons for FREE milk the other week that I used and got milk with a long shelf life. The best part about coupon-ing is you stock up when the sales and coupons match for the BEST deal, then you don't need to pay whatever the "desperation price" is so much.

Welcome to Dealin' Mommy!

Today my daughter(2) and I had a conversation as we were coming out of the grocery store.

Mommy: I just love it when a deal works out better then planned or anticipated being possible.

Daughter: Deal, mommy?

Mommy: Yeah baby. Am I a dealin' mommy?

Daughter: Yeah, dealin' mommy.

Mommy: Are you a dealin' baby?

Daughter: No, dealin' mommy.

Mommy: You want mommy to teach you to be a coupon-ing dealin' baby?

Daughter: Yes, mommy. Dealin' baby.

Ok, so maybe she shouldn't walk around saying she's a "dealin' baby'.
